Challenge: Create a company, identify its target audience and create the company's food truck. Believed to bring good luck during Chinese New Year, as well as being a personal favorite – dumplings–I seized the opportunity to rebrand and recreate an existing food truck and business located in Portland Oregon known as “The Dump Truck,” but with a more traditional menu.
